ST-Germain Sparkler

2021 is quickly approaching. It's weird how quickly the year has flown by, but at the same time it feels like it's been the longest year ever. To help ring in the New Year, I'm showing you how to make one of my new favorite cocktails.

St-Germain has become my new go-to liqueur. It's made from elderflower, a small white flower that blooms through the spring and summer. It's naturally flavored and each bottle can contain up to 1,000 flowers! St-Germain has a subtle floral, lightly herbal taste that is sweet without being sugary. It's super easy to work with and makes it fun to pair with other ingredients.

For this recipe, I'm using sparkling apple cider to bring a nice, crisp apple taste and the club soda for the bubbly effect. And of course, this wouldn't be a Savoring with Saba sippy sip without some vodka! I love the citrusy taste.

Cheers to a successful, healthy 2021. Wishing everyone a safe and happy New Year!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz St. Germain

  • 1 oz vodka

  • 4 oz sparkling apple cider

  • 2- 4 oz club soda

Instructions

  1. Prior to mixing, ensure all ingredients are chilled well.

  2. Using a champagne flute or a wine glass, add St. Germain, vodka, and sparkling cider. Top with club soda. Enjoy!
