Tortilla chips have quickly become my go-to snack this season. Whether I'm enjoying them alone or serving them at a party, they never fail to satisfy. I remember the first time I made them; the aroma filled the kitchen, and I knew I had found a new favorite. I have been preparing batches of them since the season began, and they always keep me satisfied until my next meal. Whether enjoyed alone or served at a party, tortilla chips are a versatile option.
This particular tortilla recipe is one of my favorites. It's incredibly simple to make, requiring only four ingredients. Recently, I discovered Hero Bread Company. They offer keto/low-carb friendly alternatives to essential bread products like biscuits, croissants, burger buns, and tortillas! I'm thrilled to have found them. Now, I can relish my beloved recipes without compromising my low-carb lifestyle.
When preparing these tortilla chips, don't forget to pair them with my homemade guacamole recipe. This chunky, flavorful guacamole serves as the ideal accompaniment to these crunchy, crispy tortilla chips.
Ingredients
4 low carb flour tortillas
1- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt (as per taste)
Pepper (as per taste)
Instructions
Heat the oven to 425F.
Slice the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the sliced tortillas and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. Enjoy!
These homemade tortilla chips are perfect for any occasion. Serve them with my homemade guacamole for a delicious and healthy snack that everyone will love. Happy snacking!
