Question: What cocktail best describes April's weather?
Answer: Dark & Stormy
I know that was a corny joke, but I couldn't resist! When it comes to cocktails, I prefer vodka-based ones. I'm not a fan of dark liquor, but this cocktail is currently in rotation. I love that this is an easy recipe with few ingredients. While I appreciate the art of mixology, quarantine has taught me I'm better at drinking cocktails than making them.
Try this for your next virtual happy hour. Stay safe and happy savoring!
Note: This recipe is intended for those 21 and up. Please drink responsibly.
